The creation of a neighborhood watering hole in the former Stevens Hardware building, a premier waterfront corner location on Dock Street in historic Annapolis. A new bar was added to each of the building's two floors—one with a DJ and the other with live music—designed and constructed by reusing on-site salvaged materials. Focusing on those who live and work in Annapolis, this renovation offers the community a low-key relaxed atmosphere filled with the sounds of political gossip and old salt stories.
